  Barbara offers you a 4 night 5 day unique retreat in which you will discover how to maintain your physical/emotional/mental and spiritual balance while living in a busy world. Begin each day with a sunrise ceremony and experience different ceremonies throughout your day while being in nature. You will ride the scenic chairlift 2000 vertical feet to the highest lookout and be in awe of one of the Okanagan Valley's most spectacular and breathtaking viewpoints. Here you may have the opportunity to see deer, black bears, coyotes and red tailed hawks to name only a few of the areas' precious wildlife. You will enjoy hiking to the Nickel plate Lake for a picnic lunch and a dip in the cool clear mountain water.

On your free time you can enjoy tea in one of the village restaurants or relax in the hot tub, under a tree, or on the Gunbarrel Deck with a good book. For the more adventurous type, you can enjoy the Apex outback on horseback following the gold rush trails of yesteryear, or explore over 100km of trials on a mountain bike.
