Sacred Drum Making

There is a voice that is in all things - a voice that drums its rhythm in every fiber of all beings on earth. Making a drum in a sacred way connects us to this voice of the animals, the trees and the spirit of the drum. When these beings are brought together a new life is born - a sacred drum, a companion and a teacher. Our drum becomes our constant reminder of how we are all connected - how we are the new earth.

This is a time of ceremony in which you make a ceremonial hoop drum. We begin this journey by exploring the rhythm around and within us that is in the Spiral of Life. The elements that are a part of all beings are invited to sit in council with us. We then begin to form a kinship with the animals and trees that have come to us and we open our hearts so we may hear the guidance of our ancestors and the lessons of the drum spirits. With our muscles, we pull the fibers of the hide to stretch it, inviting the voice of this new companion to come alive. At the end of the journey, we bless the birth of these new beings and give thanks to our Mother Earth for her gifts.

Things to bring: sleeping bag, pillow, comfortable clothing, you will be working on the ground so bring whatever you need to take care of your body and a percussion instrument if you have one, a bagged lunch

Creation of Your Medicine Rattle

Within sacred space, you begin your journey, connecting with the Life Force. The dance continues as you open your heart allowing the child being to come forth to experience sacred sound and movement within and around you. You will be using earth-centered ceremonies to honor and celebrate your being. Your journey comes full circle as you complete the creation of your rattle and close with a group healing experience of how the life force works through your medicine rattle. You give thanks to the Creator, remembering your place in the Spiral of Life.

 Things to bring: sleeping bag, pillow, comfortable clothing, you will be working on the ground so bring whatever you may need to take care of your body and a percussion instruments if you have one. Feel free to bring your own stick or handle for your rattle and anything personal that you want to incorporate into your rattle.

Shamanic Spirit Mask

Masks have been used for over 20,000 years as a bridge between the inner and outer worlds for personal and community renewal and growth. Through Cellular Reprogramming™ you prepare to expand your linear reality to reach deeper into your imagination to touch another reality. While journeying you connect with the energies of your shamanic self, expanding your creativity, your perceptions and your understanding of who you are. Working with personal ritual and meditation you allow the spirit mask to take form. As a group, with ceremony, we support, empower and honor the intention of each mask. You embrace your personal power, stepping into your spiritual radiance. This allows you to expand into your community so that love and inner peace are supported.

Things to Bring: Sleeping bag, pillow, journal, personal towel plus two extra, comfortable clothing, and any thing that you feel called to bring to decorate your mask.

A World of Visual Shifts

Being blindfolded for 2-4 days you expand your perceptual abilities, enhance your intuition, touch the depth of your life and creativity. You explore the unknown gifts of your personal journey from a new realm of the mind. You expand your knowledge about how your senses receive information. Cellular Reprogramming™ takes out the old programs of receiving. This enables you to accept new experiences at the cellular level and to switch from left to right brain with grace and ease. It allows you to consciously function with both areas of the brain present at the same time. This connects you with and tunes you into the vibration of the light energy in All Beings. You gain new understandings and begin living life fully from the inside out on the new earth.

Sacred and safe space are created while developing trust between the participants. Using Cellular Reprogramming™ you take out old beliefs about body image that no longer serve you. This prepares you to experience the physical beauty of your being in its truest form on a cellular level. While journeying you expand your creativity, your perceptions, and understanding of your body. Working with personal ritual and meditation you allow your body mask to take form. With ceremony the group supports, empowers and honors the beauty of each body mask, which enables you to embrace the beauty of your body.

Things to Bring: sleeping bag, pillow, personal towels and two old ones, comfortable clothing (easy to put on and off), a give-away gift (something that you treasure that is ready to be passed on), anything that you feel called to use or put on your mask, and a percussion instrument if you have one.
