You will connect with the new earth's heartbeat through the drum, and connect with the life force through the rattle, raising the vibration. Throughout the retreat you can enjoy a lovely walk on the land which is the home of more than 100 varieties of wildlife, take a leisurely hot tub, read your favorite book, or indulge in a nurturing private session.
